When will I get my delivery?
Your coffee will be dispatched depending on the chosen frequency – twice a month or monthly. For example, if you order on 1st July 2020 and you choose frequency as monthly, your first order will be dispatched on 3rd July 2020 and second will be dispatched on 3rd August 2020 so on so forth. After dispatch, depending on your location it will take about 2-3 days to reach you. We will share the Tracking ID for every delivery after dispatch on your email.
Can I adjust my coffee subscription once I set it?
Yes, you can send us an email at email@example.com and we will help you out.
How can I subscribe to single coffee?
You can now subscribe to that one coffee that you love and cannot risk running out of. Go to the desired coffee page and click on Subscribe & Save.
Can I cancel my coffee subscription?
Yes you can cancel it anytime. No questions asked. Just click here UNSUBSCRIBE or you can unsubscribe from your account page.
In case I cancel my subscription, what will happen to the balance amount in case I chose upfront payment?
The prorated amount for the remaining deliveries that were not dispatched will be refunded.
In case I cancel my subscription after dispatch for my next delivery has been processed will I be charged for that coffee?
Yes, if you choose to unsubscribe after dispatch, you will be charged for that coffee(s).
