RETURN & EXCHANGE
In case you are unsatisfied with any coffee or beverage item that you have purchased from our website, simply contact us within 10 days of shipment on firstname.lastname@example.org for replacement or 100% refund of the purchase price back to your account. Please email us including the following:
- Your name and date of purchase
- Items that you would like to replace or be refunded
- Reason for return
- All coffee packets or bottles should be returned back to us in case of refund
- All coffee equipment can only be exchanged or refunded if it is returned back to us in new and unused condition
Refunds will be initiated within 5 days of notification. The time that it will take for the money to be credited to customer’s account will be dependent on the clearing cycle of customer’s bank.
