In case you are unsatisfied with any coffee or beverage item that you have purchased from our website, simply contact us within 10 days of shipment on for replacement or 100% refund of the purchase price back to your account. Please email us including the following:

  1. Your name and date of purchase
  2. Items that you would like to replace or be refunded
  3. Reason for return

Please note:

  1. All coffee packets or bottles should be returned back to us in case of refund
  2. All coffee equipment can only be exchanged or refunded if it is returned back to us in new and unused condition

Refunds will be initiated within 5 days of notification. The time that it will take for the money to be credited to customer’s account will be dependent on the clearing cycle of customer’s bank.
