Produced in the Fazenda Passeio, Sul de Minas at about 1000 meters above sea level. In the cup, it is low in acidity with a honey-like body complemented with a sweet aroma. It is often accompanied with a nutty flavour reminiscent of roasted almond and hazelnut with hints of cocoa.
